Hey- John and I are going to run a 5K on Sept. 13th at Suncrest. I know- hard to believe- I haven't run since the 8th grade and I'd really rather stay inside and read a good book!

I'll come and run with you!...I first need to get some spandex and a sports bra... I think I will look fab and NO ONE will be able to tell I am two weeks from delivering a baby! lol Good luck. I REALLY respect runners. That's awesome that you and John can do this together. Good marriage strenghtener!
